1. What age groups do you accept?

We welcome children from 8 months to 6 years old, grouped by developmental stage:

Starland Preschool and Kindergarten Regular School:

Toddler (Start from 15 months)

Nursery 1 ( 2-3 years)

Nursery 2 (3-4 years)

Kindergarten 1 (4–5 years)

Kindergarten 2 (5–6 years)

Starlandvaganza Playdate Program:

Play Date (8 month–3.5 years)

3. What curriculum do you use?

5. What is the procedure if I want my child to join a trial class?

Trial classes are available by appointment only. Before the trial, parents will join a short initial meeting, which includes an interview and briefing to prepare both the child and family for a smooth experience.

7. Do you provide meals and snacks?

No, meals and snacks are not provided reguraly. Children bring their own food from home, and enjoy it together during the scheduled class mealtime.

9. What languages are used in class?

English is our primary language of instruction and lesson. In addition, children also learn Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin during specific lesson hours.

11. How do you ensure safety at school?

Our school is equipped with CCTV, secure entry, and follows strict health and safety protocols.

13. What is the teacher-to-student ratio?

We maintain a low teacher-to-student ratio to ensure personalized guidance and attention in every class. The ratio varies depending on the age group:
Nursery classes: 1 teacher for every 4 children
Kindergarten classes: 1 teacher for every 10 children

15. How do you communicate with parents?

We use a dedicated parent app, regular progress reports, and conduct parent-teacher conferences to keep families informed and involved.

2. Is there a trial class available?

Yes, we offer free trial classes so your child can experience our environment before enrollment.

To enroll, simply:
*Schedule a trial class and school tour
*Attend our initial meeting to get to know us better
*Pay the registration and tuition fees
*Complete the registration form
*Submit required documents (birth certificate, family card, photo)
*Receive the uniform and starter kit (given directly in class)

4. What documents are needed for admission?

You will need to submit:

Child’s birth certificate

Family card (KK)

2 passport photos of the child

Immunization record (if available)

KITAS (for foreign students)

6. Do you offer sibling or early registration discounts?

Yes, we offer special promotions, including sibling discounts and early bird registration. Please contact our office for the latest offers.

8. What is the payment structure?

Tuition is paid monthly, per term, or annually, with flexibility to suit your preferences. A one-time registration fee is also required. We also provide Easy Pay programs during certain periods to support families.

10. Is the registration fee refundable?

The registration fee is non-refundable as it secures your child’s placement and covers administrative costs.

12. What are the official working hours for staff at Starland Preschool & Kindergarten?

Our staff work Monday through Friday during the school’s operational hours, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
